The 3 Biggest Things I’ve Learned Through Massage

Massage has taught me many important things.

It is hard to believe, but I have been a licensed massage therapist for 10 years! I have enjoyed every minute and every client. I definitely found my calling with massage therapy as I look forward to each day and each appointment. It is a blessing to love my career like I do and have wonderful clients such as you. Looking back over the last ten years, here are 3 biggest things I have learned through massage:

1. Basic touch is therapeutic.

Never hesitate to give a friend or loved one a hug or shoulder rub or even hold their hand. It can make a huge difference in their day.

2. Good health is priceless.

Taking a proactive approach to your health through exercise, nutrition, massage, and other alternative therapies will benefit you greatly. The money spent on your physical and mental well being will come back to you in prevented injuries and illnesses.

3. Gratitude is the best medicine.

Appreciating the people and opportunities in our lives is good for our hearts and minds. How does it feel when someone takes the time to appreciate you? Pay that feeling forward by letting others know how they improve your life.

A Special Celebration Deal

In celebration of my 10 years as a massage therapist, I am offering $10 off every appointment through September 30, 2015. It is the 10 For 10 Special! I am also celebrating with the unveiling of my new website. Please check out the refreshed suzanneschaper.com, take a moment to browse the content and hopefully schedule a massage through my online appointment book.

So on that last note, let me say “Thank You!” to every one of my clients for trusting me and for helping me grow as a therapist. I appreciate you all!
