An hour session comprised of stretches with a partner. We will walk you through a series of stretches that will leave your entire body feeling relaxed and renewed. Bring a friend or come alone?pairing up will be easy!

Duo Stretch Class FAQ
Stretching in general is great for improving mobility, increasing flexibility, relieving pain, and making you feel great (especially after a workout). But it can be hard to do properly on your own.
Partner stretching allows you to go even deeper into your stretches, much farther than you can go on your own. Furthermore, it gives you another level of accountability. Your partner can make sure you’re being stretched properly and safely…and vice versa.
Wear something comfortable and stretchy. Workout clothes or sweats are ideal.
Nope! We’ll teach these stretches according to your level of flexibility.
No worries! We’ll pair you up with someone so you can still learn how to do these exercises effectively.
